These are Mono - type crystalline and were cut with a thicker type of cell years ago. These are very stable modules and many Vendors/Installers prefer Mono type {black color} cells vs Poly - just my point - all solar is good! They are well made for all types of wet locations; framing is an anodizes clear aluminum framing with pre-drilled holes and soldered on each end tip wire. These are excellent for several uses. I have used these for outside landscape lights, water fountains and water pumps. Great for upper fence areas - these are only 10 high and provide great outdoor accent or up area lighting.
